Winter is the perfect time for shellfish, and when the water is as coldest the Norwegian seafood is the best in the world. For this evening we will choose a good selection from the Norwegian sea, and prepare the suits in different ways and with interesting and different accessories.
We will lead you into the world of the shellfish - at the best season of the year. Together we will prepare the suits from completely raw to cooked and grilled, and prepare appropriate accessories for each dish. Champagne and wine will be served......
After this course you may call yourself a Seafood Champion!
There are no more dates for this class this winter 2012, but there will be more courses after the summer. Dates will be public closer to the summer.
